NICEIC Membership
As members of the NICIEC (National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting) Domestic Contractors Scheme we are able to certify our own work and submit these to the Local Authority Building Control under PART P. Our work is guaranteed for five years by the NICIEC. We are able to offer a full design, installation, testing and certification for all domestic, commercial and industrial applications to BS 7671 (as amended).
New Wiring Installations
This may require the installation of electrical cabling and related devices, such as circuit boards, switches, sockets and outlets. Rewiring an entire property be it residential, commercial or industrial has many advantages as this will help to protect it from electrical fires and also protect appliances from electrical surges that may occur.
Lighting Installations
Our NICEIC registered qualified electrical engineers can install, test and repair lighting systems for residential, commercial and industrial environments.
Whether you require the smallest light switch to a full lighting installation, we are here to meet your specific requirements.
Fire Alarm Installations
We install fire alarm systems to the domestic market as well as
full range fire alarm systems to both the commercial and industrial industries. All our fire alarms systems are installed to the BS 5839 safety standard.
Our emergency lighting would also be installed to the BS 5266 standard.
Electrical Inspection, Testing & Certification
Electrical Inspection, testing and certification of installations are increasingly important with many insurance companies and mortgage lenders wanting proof of safe electrical installation, and of course knowledge for our clients that our work is of the highest standards.
Periodical Inspection Report (PIR)
Due to the fact that all electrical installations deteriorate with age, it is recommended that these installations whether they be in a domestic, commercial or industrial environment are inspected and tested on a periodical basis to verify that they still meet the required safety standards.
Portable Appliance Testing - PAT
This is the process of the ‘safety checking’ of electrical appliances through a series of visual inspections and electrical tests.
Our experienced electricians will have all the necessary skillset and qualifications to carry out these important tests for you.
Three Phase Distribution Boards
‘3 Phase’ delivers electricity in a much more efficient way to your property. We can provide a wide range of ‘Three Phase’ distribution boards and accessories to suit your particular requirements in commercial, industrial and residential environments.
Emergency Lighting, Servicing & Maintenance
Emergency Lighting is required in both Commercial and Residential environments in the event of any power failures that may occur in order for you to safely escape the premises. Our highly experienced engineers can carry out a full range of inspection, testing and regular maintenance services to ensure that your emergency lighting will still work.
Qualified Electricians
All of our staff are professionally trained and qualified to City and Guilds standards. Our staff are also members of this Construction Skills Certification Scheme CSCS.
We Are Fully insured
We are fully insured with public, employers and product liability insurance and we also hold professional indemnity insurance for our design works.
Environmental Committed
We are dedicated to the protection of the environment. Where ever possible we will always endeavour to recycle old electrical fixtures and fittings through the use of EC directive on waste electrical and electronic equipment WEE at our distributor's sites free of charge.
Full or Partial Rewire
All of our staff have the necessary training, qualifications and experience to remedy the wiring of your property should it be evident that it is not fit for purpose. All of installations are compliant with current industry standards such as ‘BS7671 of the Wiring Regulations’ and ‘Part P Building Regulations’ requirements.
Excellent Customer Service
We take pride in ensuring that all our work is carried out to the highest standards and that every customer is satisfied with our work before we leave the site on completion. We treat all our customers the same regardless of big or small the job.
Replacement Consumer Units
A fuse box is simply the older version of a consumer unit. The main differences between these types of devices is that a fuse box uses fuses as opposed to an electrical circuit breaker that is installed in a consumer unit.
Over time consumer units become worn and ineffective, so would require inspecting and testing.
